Can the MT.Matic Slim also operate independently?
No, the MT.Matic Slim must always be connected to a Meditech robot. These modules do not have their own stock; all requested products are delivered directly and in real time from the robot as soon as the patient is standing in front of it.
Do you offer support for content on the MT.Matic Slim?
Yes. You can choose from an extensive library of ready-made visuals, or we can provide fully customised content for your screens on a monthly basis.
Can patients video call me via the wall terminal? Can I start a video call myself?
Yes. Patients can video call you via the wall terminal. You can also start a video call yourself via Lochting on your computer or smartphone.
Can I still have a reservation for the wall terminal delivered to the pharmacy?
Yes. Go to the reservation in Lochting, click on “Pick up” and select the desired destination.
Can I see which products sell best for my Matic or Collect?
Yes. In the Lochting dashboard, you can see the best-selling products per sales channel. You can filter by region or by your own Matic or Collect.
Can I sell my own preparations via the wall terminal?
Yes. You can add your own preparations, as long as public sale is permitted. Medicines may not be sold via the terminal.
