You can enable or disable various functions to customise the Kiosk to your specific needs.
Delivery via Meditech robot possible
The Kiosk can be integrated with your Meditech pharmacy robot to provide access to your entire product stock.
Patient alarm
The Kiosk monitors user activity with automatic session timeouts. It also has an assistance function that alerts staff when patients need help by means of LED colour changes.
Check by pharmacist
The pharmacist can use the Kiosk to indicate which products require a safety check and intervention. The pharmacist can schedule regular spot checks, for example every 10th patient.
Digital payment terminal
Thanks to the integrated payment module, patients can easily pay contactless or by card.
Print ticket or send by email
After payment, the receipt can be printed or emailed.

Can I install a Kiosk if I don't have a Meditech robot?
Yes, you can. The QuickPay function works perfectly in pharmacies without a robot: patients collect their products from the pharmacy and simply pay via the Kiosk. If a Meditech robot is present, the range is automatically expanded to include robot stock. Please note: the Kiosk can only be connected to Meditech robots, not to robots from other suppliers.
