Absolutely. In the Lochting dashboard, you can see the number of visitors, where they come from, which pages they view and for how long. These statistics are similar to the data you are familiar with from Google Analytics.
Can patients upload their prescriptions and purchase medication via the webshop?
Yes, they can. As a pharmacist, you will receive a notification when an order has been placed on prescription and still needs to be approved. When the order is collected, you provide the necessary usage advice and additional tips as usual. Your patient can also reserve medicines without providing the BEP code. In that case, they present the prescription when collecting the order from the pharmacy.
Can my patients always collect their order from the wall dispenser?
Yes. Your patients can collect their order from the wall dispenser as soon as they have received a collection code or QR code. The wall dispenser is accessible 24/7, both during and outside pharmacy opening hours, and also on Sundays and public holidays.
