Pharmacy Vander Stichele is a typical Flemish city pharmacy (approx. 100 customers per day) in Belgium. Both husband and wife are active in the business. When they decided to renovate their pharmacy in 2018, they came to us to automate.

After a thorough analysis of their wishes and infrastructure, the robot is put in the garage. Therefore, a direct connection with the counter was possible. They opted for 4 direct exits to their 4 separate counters.

In addition to the MT.XL robot, pharmacy Vander Stichele chose the automatic ranger MT.OPTIMAT and our digital dispenser MT.MATIC. 2 digital MT.VISION screens provide an extra touch to the interior of the pharmacy.
