Unique features
Digital pay terminal
Your patients can pay directly with any digital payment method: with or without card insertion or contactless via apps such as Payconic and Apple Pay on their phone.
Stocking from inside or outside
All modules are designed to stock products from the outside and inside the pharmacy.
Temperature monitoring
The Lochting software constantly displays the temperature and humidity levels of each module. Integrated ventilators promote optimal airflow and small trenches in the lockers prevent the boxes from getting wet from potential condensation.
Two-way hatch for on-call duty
The locker with hatch facilitates access from the inside. If main module 1 is a built-in module, the locker with hatch can be used to exchange and receive documents, products or deliveries from patients and wholesalers.
Can be combined with additional side modules
Combine one Main Module (MT. MATIC or Collect Main module) with one or more Side modules. The different sizes of the lockers allow patients to collect various products such as baby milk, pregnancy tests, nappies and reservations.

Can I create my own configuration?
Yes, you can put together your own combinations using different Collect side modules. The layout of the lockers within each module is fixed, but you are free to choose the arrangement of the modules yourself.
What if I don't want to display certain functions, such as Buy on the Spot or call the pharmacist?
You decide which functions are visible. You can easily enable or disable each function, such as calling, buying products on the spot or picking up reservations. This allows you to tailor Collect precisely to your way of working.
Do you offer support for content on the Collect?
Yes. You can choose from an extensive library of ready-made visuals, or we can provide fully customised content for your screens on a monthly basis.
Can I also place products in the Collect that are not reserved?
Yes, you certainly can. Even if you do not have a wall terminal, you can offer some popular products via the Collect. Baby milk powder, for example, is highly recommended, as are contraceptives, pregnancy tests, and so on.
What payment methods are available at the Collect?
Just like with a wall terminal, you can use the pay.nl portal to decide which payment methods you want to accept. The most commonly used payment methods are Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Each payment method has its own cost, depending on factors such as the country in which the payment card was issued. Payments to the Collect are always made via a payment terminal.
Can I get an overview of reservations that have been collected at the Collect?
Yes. In Lochting, you can consult an overview of all reservations. You can immediately see which reservations have been collected, paid for or are still incomplete.
