Meditech Help desk remains at your service !
Now more than ever, health is primordial in these exceptional times. For that reason, we have decided to enforce teleworking in our company and most of our employees are currently working from home.
However, our helpdesk service remains at your service from Monday until Friday from 8 am until 12 pm and from 1 pm until 5 pm (Friday until 4 pm) via our telephone number +32 51 33 69 03.
A service engineer will always be available for urgent matters on the same phone number outside these working hours. We kindly ask you to send non-urgent matters to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the moment, every preventive maintenance is delayed until further notice. We, of course, remain at your service to guarantee a perfect functioning of your pharmacy robot. Because now, your focus must be on safely serving your patients.
